Kryx Return & Refund Policy


Section 1 – Introduction

Thank you for shopping with Kryx. We are committed to delivering a smooth and satisfying experience. While we do our best to ensure every order is perfect, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. Please review our policy below for clarity on how returns and refunds are handled.


Section 2 – Claim Period

  • Timeframe: Customers have up to 45 days from the delivery date to report any issue related to their order.
  • How to Report: Contact our support team with details of the issue within this timeframe to be eligible for resolution.

Section 3 – Issue Verification

  • Photos Required: Clear, unedited images of the item(s) and packaging are required to support your claim.
  • Description: A short explanation of the issue will help us resolve the case faster.

Section 4 – Order Cancellation

  • Before Processing: Orders can be cancelled and fully refunded if they have not yet been processed.
  • Once in Transit: If your order has already shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Order Cancellation Request During Delivery

If your order is already on its way, it can only be cancelled in specific cases: if the package is lost, delayed significantly, or has had no tracking updates for an extended period. In all other situations, please wait to receive your order before initiating a return request.


Section 5 – Product Issues

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If confirmed, you may choose between a replacement or a refund.
  • Size Concerns: If the item doesn't fit, contact us and we’ll assist you with potential solutions or alternatives.

Section 6 – Returns

  • Return Process: Returns are rarely required. In cases where a return is approved, the return shipping fee is the customer's responsibility.
  • Pre-Approval Required: All return requests must be approved by our support team before shipping anything back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • Eligibility: To qualify, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and the request must be made within 45 days of delivery.

Unsuccessful Delivery

If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we will offer one free reshipment to a corrected address. If a second delivery attempt also fails, the customer will be responsible for any further reshipping costs. Please note that since we ship from overseas, refunds are not possible while the item is in transit. To be eligible for a refund, the item must first be delivered and received.

Refused Orders

We kindly ask you not to refuse delivery. If you would like a refund or exchange, please accept the package and contact us to arrange a return. Refused deliveries cannot be refunded, and our only option in such cases is to resend the parcel once more.

  • Processing: Once your refund is approved, it will be processed promptly. Depending on your bank, funds may take a few business days to appear in your account.
